Sandplay was introduced in Switzerland in the 1950s. Dora Kalff, the Swiss therapist, created it as a
psychological treatment. It is mainly used to treat psychological problems. And in January 2014, Irene began to further explore and develop Sandplay and transformed it from a psychotherapy function into a team-building pathway.
In Feb 2014,Irene have conducted this program and practice it on individual, family and corporate training.Combined with training experience and using Sandplay as a tool, managed to promote open dialogue among team members, establish collective goals, and to achieve a win-win situation. Through this program, the dialogue between employees and their boss is being established firmly so that the leadership understands their true thoughts.
After completion of the training, the management is encouraged to participate on the needs analysis as part of our management consulting services. Together with the boss, we will discuss on the team’s constitution and also areas of improvement on the project as well as re-integration of the internal human resources.
